1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking an appointment with Toes to Nose 3D/4D Ultrasound, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Our Services

Toes to Nose 3D/4D Ultrasound provides elective, keepsake and bonding ultrasound imaging only. We are not a diagnostic facility and do not perform diagnostic ultrasounds. Our sessions do not replace any medical ultrasound ordered or performed by your healthcare provider, and we make no medical assessment of you or your baby. Any medical questions or concerns should be directed to your physician or midwife.

3. Appointments, Payment & Cancellation

• Appointments are required for all services and can be booked online or by calling or texting 865-444-1992.
• Payment is handled through our secure scheduling system at the time of booking or as described for your selected package.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Same-day appointments are often available but not guaranteed.
• Prices, packages and weekly specials are subject to change without notice. Any deposit or payment terms specific to a package will be shown at booking.

4. Image Quality & Results

Every baby scans differently depending on gestational age, position, amniotic fluid and maternal condition. While we make every effort to capture the best possible images, we cannot guarantee specific image clarity or that baby will be in a favorable position. We do not promise that images will match those seen elsewhere. We promise only to make our best effort to obtain the best images of whatever can be seen.

6. Use of Images & Video

You retain ownership of the personal images and video captured during your session. By booking, you grant Toes to Nose 3D/4D Ultrasound permission to display completed images and video in our studio, on our website, and in marketing materials as examples of our work, unless you notify us in writing that you prefer your session not be used. You may request removal of your content at any time.

7. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. All content — text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Toes to Nose 3D/4D Ultrasound and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Toes to Nose 3D/4D Ultrasound provides elective, non-diagnostic imaging for bonding and keepsake purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted here with the updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance.
