Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Toes to Nose 3D/4D Ultrasound collects and how we use and protect it.

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Information We Collect

When you book an appointment, request information, or interact with our studio we may collect:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and mailing address.
  • Appointment details — your due date, gestational age, the package you select and any notes you share with us.
  • Session content — the ultrasound images and video we capture for you.
  • Payment information — handled by our secure scheduling provider (Acuity Scheduling) and your payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
  • Usage data — standard analytics and cookies that help us understand how visitors use our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule, confirm and remind you of your ultrasound appointment.
  • Deliver your images, video links and keepsakes.
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  • Send appointment reminders, promotional offers and studio updates — only when you have opted in (see Section 4).
  • Improve our website, services and your overall experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Text Message (SMS) Communications & Consent

We may send you text messages (SMS) and multimedia messages (MMS) for appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and — only with your express consent — promotional messages such as weekly specials and seasonal offers.

Opting in

By providing your mobile phone number and checking a consent box, texting us, or otherwise initiating a text conversation, you expressly opt in to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS/MMS messages from Toes to Nose 3D/4D Ultrasound at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and appointment schedule.

Opting out

You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message we send. After opting out you may receive one final confirmation message. For help or information at any time, reply HELP or call us at 865-444-1992.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any mobile carrier charges you may incur. If your mobile number changes, please update us so we can direct messages to the correct number; until you do, you remain responsible for messages sent to your previous number.

No requirement to opt in

Providing your mobile number and consenting to text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You are never required to consent to receive marketing messages to book or receive an ultrasound.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us operate — such as Acuity Scheduling (appointments), our SMS/text messaging provider, and our analytics provider — under agreements that require them to protect your information.
  • Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our business, our clients or others.
  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, sale or asset transfer, information may be transferred subject to this policy.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some site functionality.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, respond to your requests, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 8).

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information to the best of our ability.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sales or sharing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults booking elective prenatal ultrasounds. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “last updated” date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
