How the session runs
1. Settle in
You get a comfortable bed, warm lotion — never cold gel — and a big screen everyone in the room can see. We take a minute to get everyone seated before we start.
2. 25–30 minutes of scanning
We start in 2D, then switch to 3D stills and 4D live motion with HD Live lighting. If baby is facing away, we'll get you moving and try again — we strive for quality and don't rush you off the table.
3. Choose your images
We spend the rest of your 45 minutes going through the captures with you and picking the ones you want printed.
4. Take it home
Digital images and video arrive by private link, usually within an hour. Printed photos, heartbeat bears and other keepsakes are available in studio.
Two rooms, so everyone fits
All family and friends are welcome — this is meant to be shared. Check availability on both rooms when you book, because open times differ between them.
Small Room
Seats 12 comfortably — more if needed
Cozy and warm, with couches and chairs for your closest people. Perfect for parents, siblings and grandparents.
Large Room
Seats a lot more — great for big gatherings
Our big viewing room with large couches, extra chairs and a huge screen. Ideal for gender reveals with the whole family and friends.

Common questions
- When is the best time for a 3D/4D ultrasound?
- Between 26 and 32 weeks. Baby has enough fat under the skin for lifelike facial features, and there's still enough fluid and room to move for clear surface rendering.
- How long is the appointment?
- We schedule a full 45 minutes. The scan itself runs 25 to 30 minutes and the rest is spent choosing images with you.
- Is HD Live and 8K included, or an upgrade?
- Both are included at no extra cost. Every 3D/4D Experience is rendered with HD Live lighting in 8K — we don't sell resolution as an add-on.
- What if baby is facing the wrong way?
- Sometimes a baby stays face-down toward your spine. We'll have you move, walk, sip something cold and try again. If we still can't get the face, a repeat scan usually succeeds because baby has turned.
- How do I get the clearest pictures?
- Start drinking plenty of water about a week before your appointment and keep it up daily — hydration matters more than anything else. Book during the time of day baby is most active, and have something cold and fruity on the way in.
- How many guests can come?
- All family and friends are welcome. The small room seats 12 comfortably and more if needed; the large room holds a lot more. Check availability on both rooms when booking.
