- We don't have a Powell location; all sessions happen at our studio at 6311 Kingston Pike, Suite 10W, Knoxville, TN 37919, which is about 20 minutes via I-75 and I-640 to the Kingston Pike exit. It's a dedicated elective keepsake studio, not a rushed add-on.

- About 20 minutes via I-75 and I-640 to the Kingston Pike exit. We're on Kingston Pike in the Bearden area of Knoxville with free parking at the door.
- Can family and friends come with me from Powell?
- Yes, everyone is welcome. We have two viewing rooms: the smaller room has 5 additional seats and the large room holds a bigger crowd, both with comfortable seating and big-screen viewing.
- When should Powell moms book their 3D/4D session?
- For the best 3D/4D portraits, book between 26 and 32 weeks. Heartbeat sessions start at 8 weeks and gender determination from 14 weeks. Start drinking extra water a week before your appointment; hydration makes a bigger difference to image quality than anything else you can do.
- Is this a medical or diagnostic scan?
- No. Our sessions are keepsake and bonding imaging only. They are not diagnostic and don't replace the care your provider gives you. No referral is needed to book.
